Are ultrasonic cleaners safe for diamond rings?

Yes — the Sparklean Ultrasonic safely cleans diamond, ruby, and sapphire rings, lifting grime from prong settings and behind the stone with 40,000Hz waves. Avoid pearls, opals, turquoise, emeralds, and fracture-filled or antique stones, which can crack.

What should you never put in an ultrasonic cleaner?

Avoid pearls, opals, turquoise, and emeralds (porous gems can crack), antique or fracture-filled stones, glued costume jewelry, watches that aren't water-resistant, and anything wood, leather, or coated electronic.

Do I need a special solution for the ultrasonic?

Just add a few drops of Sparklean Original Spray to the 20oz tank with warm water. The ammonia-free, pH-balanced formula cuts buildup faster than water alone and is safe on every coating the ultrasonic touches.

How long is an ultrasonic cleaning cycle?

One touch runs a 3-minute cycle at 40,000Hz with automatic shut-off. Fill with warm water, add a few drops of Sparklean spray, place jewelry in the basket without crowding, run, then rinse and dry with the polishing cloth.
