Regular cleaning is key and this cleaner is great. I usually use my ultrasonic for bracelets, but every time I notice dirt building up or I change a strap a quick cleaning session is in order. It busts the gunk very quickly and the attached brush is extremely soft. Just make sure your crown is screwed down, apply, agitate for a short amount of time, rinse, and dry with a soft microfiber. If you never let dirt build up you'll never need to dig around with a toothpick.The 3 watches pictured were all cleaned in less time than it takes to poke around with a spring bar tool. No gunk in the case backs or between the lugs.

Really quite a remarkable cream but wish I had had someinstructions with it and how to use how to polish, tools needed etc. Works well but hard to get residue removed from intricately detailed objects especially jewelry.
