Pedido retenido en aduanas 2 semanas. Nadie se puso en contacto conmigo de la empresa UPS hasta que llamé por teléfono hasta en 3 ocasiones. Sparklean, menos. Eso que en el total te cobran 20€ de impuestos a mayores del que ya tienen los propios articulos.

I wasnt happy this time. It appeared to come half empty and looked like it was in storage for a long time. The product was literally at the top of the jar, and you could see empty space at the bottom like it was half full.

Great stuff. Works amazing.
Manuel was very helpful expediting the process and the delivery. It took over a week for the delivery. Manuel sent me a couple of small gifts due to the inconvenience and I truly appreciate it and will order again. However, the container was half empty. Not sure if it was because of the movement during transport or maybe leaked. I will contact the Sparkclean team and let them know. They are very good at meeting customers’ expectations and solving problems related to their products. Thanks again Sparkclean team and keep up the good work.

Unbelievable Product. This Sparklean polishing cloth combined with Sparklean cleaning solution will leave your jewelry looking like the day you brought it. I took an older diamond ring with some minor scratches and scuffs in the surface of the gold...It removed the surface scratches and grit from my ring and left a mirror finish. My diamonds sparkled like fire.

It’s a great product however when I purchased my kit I did not get a cleaning cloth. I emailed saying that I didn’t get one. They replied saying they would send one. It’s been a couple weeks and I still not have got one.
