Pedido retenido en aduanas 2 semanas. Nadie se puso en contacto conmigo de la empresa UPS hasta que llamé por teléfono hasta en 3 ocasiones. Sparklean, menos. Eso que en el total te cobran 20€ de impuestos a mayores del que ya tienen los propios articulos.

Manuel was very helpful expediting the process and the delivery. It took over a week for the delivery. Manuel sent me a couple of small gifts due to the inconvenience and I truly appreciate it and will order again. However, the container was half empty. Not sure if it was because of the movement during transport or maybe leaked. I will contact the Sparkclean team and let them know. It’s a great product however when I purchased my kit I did not get a cleaning cloth. I emailed saying that I didn’t get one. They replied saying they would send one. It’s been a couple weeks and I still not have got one.
