Do you offer trade pricing or wholesale terms?

Yes. Retail jewelers, watch service centers, optometrists and luxury hospitality can apply for a wholesale account through our wholesale and distributor application. Terms and volume pricing are quoted per account — tell us your business type and expected volume and we will come back with numbers.

Is the formula the same as the retail bottles?

Yes. Same formula across every SKU. The only difference between 2 oz and 1 L is the bottle. There are no professional-only chemistries and no "industrial strength" version — every size ships the identical formula.

Can I rebrand the 1 L for in-store retail?

Private-label is available to qualified accounts. We supply the cleaner; you supply the labels. Minimum order quantities and lead times are quoted per account — ask through the wholesale application.

Is the Ultrasonic Cleaner Machine safe for the same materials as the spray?

Mostly, with two exceptions: do not ultrasonic pearls, opal, turquoise, emerald, or any plated jewelry, and do not ultrasonic any luxury watch unless you have confirmed the case is fully sealed and the crown is screwed down. For everything else (gold chains, silver bracelets, diamond rings without fracture-filled stones), the machine is a workhorse.

How should I store the large bottles?

Cool, dry and out of direct light. The surfactants are stable, but light and heat degrade them slowly — don't keep the working bottle next to the bench lamp, and decant into a smaller pump-spray for daily use rather than leaving the large bottle open.
